CUP is run by a small board of directors and a working executive team. They built the model and they keep it honest.

Founders

Greg & Laura Jones

President & Founder · Co-Founder & Secretary

Greg and Laura started CUP in 2021 after a decade coaching Challenger Baseball, an inclusive league for athletes with disabilities. They saw the cliff their athletes hit at 22 — and decided to build a coffee shop on the other side of it.

Greg is the executive director. Laura keeps the books and the soul of the place steady. They’re still in the shop most days.
